Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved and house-trained.
Our Pet Policy
- Two pets per apartment are allowed
- Pet Fee (non-refundable): $400.00 1 Pet, $600 2 Pets
- Pet Rent: $25.00 for each pet
- No weight restriction
- Restricted breeds: German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshires, and Wolf Breeds. Hybrids, purebreds, or mixed at any percentage are prohibited from residing at this community.
